Coco

Coco is a movie to be seen with family. Even if you don’t have kids you would still enjoy this as the movie cuts across generations and cultures. Coco is set in Mexico about a teenager who is crazy about music but whose family is against his passion. I know that story sounds familiar, but the treatment and how the story is told keeps you hooked. Yes, there is this family first message throughout but it never feels over the top. My Girls thoroughly enjoyed it at the IMAX theatre of VR mall which was a treat by itself. The first 15 minutes was an unnecessary distraction as they clubbed a meaningless short movie to make up for the short duration of Coco. Yes, Coco is a short movie, it only would have brought the intermission and Popcorns early, I wouldn’t have complained about it for sure.
